Join the atelier.

We are a small team. Small in the way that means every person matters — that what you make is seen, that your craft is not anonymous. This is not for everyone. We hope it is for you.

Hands at work — bespoke embroidery at the Maison Rima atelier
N.º 01 · Our philosophy

Small team.
Deep craft.
Quiet pace.

Maison Rima has never been built to scale. Rima Malaeb founded this atelier in 2012 with a deliberate belief: that exceptional work requires time, and time requires a team that is chosen, not assembled.

We work at the pace of couture. Some days that means twelve hours over a single bodice. Others, a morning spent pulling thread and speaking with a bride about what she wants to feel in her gown. Both are equally important here.

If you are the kind of person who believes that a well-set seam is worth taking twice as long for — this is the right place.

N.º 02 · What we value

Patience. Precision.
A love of cloth.

Patience

Good work is not rushed. We expect calm under pressure and the capacity to begin again without resentment.

Precision

Details are not decoration. We care about the inside of a seam as much as the outside — because we know the bride will feel the difference.

A love of cloth

You should be someone who holds a fabric and feels something — who can tell silk charmeuse from satin by touch and knows why it matters.
